Campbell Walker – Chairman
Campbell is responsible for Ultum’s business development and customer relationship management. He has a broad understanding of the construction industry after tenure with the Podgor Group and Grollo (now Grocon) and brings a background of sales and marketing skills honed in the beer industry for Fosters and Lion Nathan.
Campbell is actively involved with community based activities such as his role as Chair of the Melbourne Day Committee (Melbourne’s birthday celebrations) and a Board member of the St.Vincent’s Hospital Microsurgery Foundation and Chair of its Centre for Pain Management. He remains a partner in Ultum’s parent company Urban Maintenance Systems Pty Ltd.
Borzou Shahsavand – Executive Manager – Ultum
Seeking to continuously improve, Borz has made it his mission to continuously educate himself, clients and staff. With numerous post graduate qualifications in engineering and sustainable business management, he challenges the status quo to improve asset management practices.
Borz’s passion is to constantly improve on the total cost of ownership and facilitate a broader view of maintenance practices that cover utilities and risk of operations. As a subject matter expert in sustainable asset management practices he contributes to the Industry Advisory Group of the Green Building Council of Australia and the Environmentally Sustainable Design Special Technical Group of AIRAH.
As the Executive Manager of Ultum, Borz is responsible for overseeing the strategy and implementation of Ultum’s unique asset management approach, which focus’ on continuous improvement, ensuring compliance and innovation in the management of facilities across Australia and New Zealand.
